Stuffed Cranberry Apples are my all-time favorite holiday dessert! Nothing tastes better than baked apples with a delicious warm filling and the perfect touch of crisp that comes with a crumble topping. This dish is simply yummy!
These stuffed apples have the most beautiful presentation. I took the classic approach and went with a red apple, but pick your poison. Red or green, it will be absolutely amazing. Make sure you grab some ice cream to top of your perfect treat.

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Peel and chop 2 of your apples. Add your chopped apples, cranberries, butter, honey, and cinnamon into a saucepan and stir over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until apples/cranberries are soft. Then remove saucepan from heat.
Crumble topping: in a mixing bowl combine sugar, cinnamon, flour, brown sugar, oats, and butter. To combine the topping, use a fork to mix the ingredients until it has formed into a crumble. (you may need to use your hands to combine the mixture fully)
Carefully carve the tops off of your remaining apples and set tops to the side for your final presentation. Use a spoon or a melon baller to scoop out the inner apple. Do not feel like you have to take everything out of the apple, you just want to take enough out to form a bowl for the filling.
Now fill your apple with the warm apple-cranberry filling from your sauce pan. Top with the crumble. It is okay if the crumble is overflowing. The crumble that overflows onto the pan makes a yummy brittle.
Place your apples and apple tops on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crumble is nice and crispy.
While apples are baking, in a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the apple juice and honey to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the liquid is syrupy and reduced to about 1/3. This will take 5-8 minutes.
Take apples out of the oven. Top with a scoop of ice cream. Drizzle hot glaze over your ice cream and apple. Serve and enjoy!
