Honey whiskey
Nothing screams southern comfort like the warmth of a whiskey night cap! I have a fun whiskey cocktail that you’ll like to cozy up!
Ingredients:
1 ounce Knob Creek Whiskey
1 1/2 ounces honey simple syrup
1 splash ginger beer
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions:
Make your simple syrup by combining 1/4 cup water and 1/4 honey-bring to a boil in a sauce pan. Let cool.
Then combine the correct amount of whiskey, simple syrup, and lime juice into your glass with ice. Stir these 3 ingredients together.
Top with a splash of ginger beer.
