Each year, champagne is a must at our holiday get togethers! To add a little flare to our signature drink, I always like to change up what we add to our champagne cocktail. This Rosemary Pear Champagne cocktail is delicious! It is something I will for sure be sipping on this holiday season. I hope you enjoy the recipe below! CHEERS and happy holidays!
Honey/ Agave or Sugar
Make your rosemary pear simple syrup (bring 1/2 cup water, pear slices, 1/2 cup honey, and rosemary sprigs to a boil - then let cool)
Fill 3/4 of your glass with champagne
Then add 2-3 tbs of simple syrup to your glass
Garnish with rosemary and cranberries (Use a toothpick to poke a hole through your cranberries and then take a few stems off your rosemary. After, add your cranberries to the rosemary sprig.)
